本页说明精思华文数字学习资料的购买、下载与使用方式。订单同时适用结账页面及 Fourthwall 提供的相关条款；本页不会限制消费者依法享有的权利。
1）我会收到什么？
本店目前销售数字学习资料，不寄送纸质书。试卷及词语替换商品提供 PDF；听力商品提供商品说明列明的 PDF 和 MP3。请在购买前核对年级、华文程度和所含内容。
2）购买需要注册账号吗？
不需要注册账号。请在结账时填写可正常收信的邮箱；付款完成后，Fourthwall 会通过该邮箱发送数字文件的下载信息。
3）没收到邮件，或文件无法下载，怎么办？
请先检查垃圾邮件，并确认结账时填写的邮箱。如仍找不到邮件，或下载出现问题，请通过商店的 Contact Support 入口求助，提供订单号、购买邮箱和问题说明。有错误提示时，可附上截图。
4）下载次数有限制吗？
按 Fourthwall 当前规则，每购买一份商品，每个数字文件最多可下载25次。下载后请妥善保存文件。若因连接问题或反复下载失败而达到次数限制，请通过 Contact Support 或回复订单确认邮件求助。
5）可以取消订单或申请退款吗？
按 Fourthwall 当前标准规则，尚未下载的数字商品可在下单后30天内取消。请查看订单确认邮件中的订单管理入口。
若未显示取消选项，或下载后发现文件缺失、损坏或与商品说明不符，请提供订单号和具体情况，通过 Contact Support 提交处理。取消、退款及其他补救方式按 Fourthwall 适用条款和相关法律处理；本页不限制法定消费者权利。
6）可以打印或发给学生吗？
请以各商品页面和文件内的使用许可为准。个人使用许可不自动包含整班复印、向学生群组发送文件或学校、机构共享。

This page explains how to purchase, download and use JovialSight Chinese digital learning resources. Orders are also subject to the applicable terms provided at checkout and by Fourthwall. This guide does not limit your statutory consumer rights.
1) What will I receive?
Our current products are digital learning resources. No printed book is shipped. Paper-practice and vocabulary products provide PDFs; listening products provide the PDF and MP3 content listed in their descriptions. Check the school year, Chinese subject level and included content before purchasing.
2) Do I need an account?
No account registration is required. Enter an email address you can access at checkout. After payment, Fourthwall sends the digital download information to that address.
3) What if the email is missing or the download fails?
Check your spam folder and the email address used at checkout. If you still need help, use the shop’s Contact Support page and provide your order number, purchase email address and a description of the problem. Include a screenshot if an error message appears.
4) Is there a download limit?
Under Fourthwall’s current rules, each digital file can be downloaded up to 25 times per purchased copy. Save your downloaded files securely. If connection problems or repeated failed attempts use up your downloads, contact support through the shop or reply to your order confirmation email.
5) Can I cancel an order or request a refund?
Fourthwall’s current standard policy allows cancellation within 30 days of purchase if the digital product has not been downloaded. Check the order-management link in your confirmation email.
If cancellation is unavailable, or a downloaded file is missing, damaged or does not match the product description, contact support with your order number and details. Cancellations, refunds and other remedies are handled under Fourthwall’s applicable terms and relevant law. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
6) May I print the materials or share them with students?
Follow the licence stated on the product page and in the files. A personal-use licence does not automatically permit whole-class copying, distribution to student groups, or school or institutional sharing.
